MUGS
Undoubtedly, the shape and size of modern tumblers are an intellectual property of the unknown Lake Town potters.
EARTHENWARE DISH
Even today one can buy such pottery at the Bulgarian marketplaces. It is still in use in the Bulgarian kitchen.
EARTHENWARE DISH (2)
This clay dish is a little shabby because of the seven thousand years it has seen; still, it is quite modern in shape and size.
EARTHENWARE DISH (3)
This particular piece of pottery gives a really good idea of what a modern-day wedding gift might look like.
SMALL CLAY VESSEL WITH INCISED MOONS
It seems that the Moon phases are represented on it.
EARTHEN JAR
Such jars are to be found nowadays, but surely they have no lugs for tying; at least I haven't met any of this sort.

THE BOWL
http://www.omda.bg/BULG/HYSTORY/z_keramika16a.jpg
This is a one-colour bowl. Its luster is due to the restoration work. The number of notches follows no apparent regularity, but they do look harmonious.
The bowl is too small to serve food from. It must have been either intended for ritual usage, or used as a drinking bowl.
Todor Dimov:
"high cylinder-necked bowl decorated with incised patterns from horizon VII of the Large Island settlement mound on the Durankulak Lake (the middle of the 5th millennium B.C.) - culture Hamangia IV".
