At first I didn't like feary that much, but with the changes being made this age.. Feary rock ! p.s. My strat are just roughly guidelines.. Also stated in the normal KD with +/- 10 wars or so for one age.. But it can also work with every KD, but then you can make slight changes for improvement..

250 Acres - 700 Acres:
Farms: 8%
Armouries: 7%
Banks: 25%
Hospitals: 10%
Guilds: 20%
Towers: 18%
Libraries: 12%
Protection : draft 35%,

Explore to 700 acres, Speed build : Hospitals, Towers, mayB 10 - 15% of the banks, whatever you choose...

Explanation : I said this was gonna Be an attacker, but first Xplore. New Xploring provinces usually have a bad defence, but just enough to keep attackers away, now If you keep on growing, so you'll get above them, the attackers won't reach you.

Buildings : Libraries, you keep half of the round, you'll get free science points from them which will clearly bonus you later in the age. First PoP limits.
Hospitals : doh...! more peasies =D
Banks : speak for themselves ( $$ )
Guilds : " " " ( wizzies )
Armouries : try to get as much elites as possible, these arms will lower the costs..
Towers : really need to do this ?? =P ( runes )
Farms : ... ( food ?? )

all of these also generate 1/3 a science point each hour

700 Acres - 1,800 Acres:
Farms: 7%
Armouries: 7%
Banks: 33%
Guilds: 20%
Towers: 18%
Libraries: 15%
I forgot for protection, 24 hours before OOP cast IA ( Inspire Army ) then train your a$$ off, also keep L&P ( love and peace ) on through the protection !

For here : Cast Paradise when you want, Keep on Exploring, Raze the Hospitals and 1% farms, Convert into 3% more Libraries and 8% more banks ! explore your a$$ off again =D

1,800 Acres - 2,500 Acres:
Farms: 5%
Barracks: 25%
Banks: 20%
Guilds: 20%
Towers: 10%
Libraries: 20%
Normally this would Be a Sci Pump, but with the new changes and the libraries you'll have enough points to just continue, but this is the part where you gonna convert to attacker. It can also be earlier, but this is safer =D The earliest you can convert is round 1100 - 1250 acres I think...

20% barracks, 10% Towers, if you goin' to war raze 3% guilds and 5%libraries into towers... Attack every day !, keep your DPA up as well min 53 DPA !! WPA you can't help, just how fast you grow =D, TPA ~2..

2,500 Acres and up:
Farms: 5%
Barracks: 25%
Thieves' Den: 5%
Forts: 5%
Banks: 20%
Guilds: 15%
Towers: 15%
Stables: 5%
Libraries: 5%
Last step... Continue this, attack frequently, Forts for defence, Raze Libraries to 5%, just to keep in line with science of what you did before...

Last Remarks : As I stated already this strat are just roughly guidelines. You can also change this a little.

Further info on the strat : Keep 2+TPA whole round, If you get in trouble with your army - people build some more homes..! Try it, hope you like it ! Also cast FL ( Fertile Lands ) always, scince you have enough farms only to function with FL... Also I prefer a
All - defensive - elite army scince they're good in defending, for offence I prefer just normal off specs, scince elite losses will be increased

Personality : I would personally choose rougue, the you have ALL thievery ops, and ALL maging ops..!
Warrior can also Be done !

A reasonable strategy, and seems fairly solid. One point of note, don't build any at the beginning, only build them 22hrs before you start training military, start with a few more banks for the cash. Playing attcker theif mage is quite the deversification, I'd try to cut one done a bit... I'm planing on playing Merchant Fearry attacker, myself, Keeping a low TPA, and wachtowers instead of banks and armories... should work, IF I can protect my gold.
