				- There are no Island Distance penalties. 
 - Kingdoms are limited to 20 players. 
 - Less action is required to start war. 
 - Networth is only shown for provinces over $100,000. 
 - Provinces cannot reset themselves before the game starts. 
 
 - No elite conversions from battle; no increased elite losses. 
 - Player votes for monarch are anonymous. 
 - The Dwarf & Warrior military maintenance bonuses will be 15% instead of 25%. 
 - Ambush Attack defends at 70% of normal strength instead of 80%. 
 - Conquests can now be done on any player within 15% of your size instead of 5%. 
 - Relative kingdom size affects gains on attacks to a small extent. 
 - The 6/0, 0/6 Specialists bonuses for certain types of attacks are not in effect. 
 
 
 - The military system has been changed. The unit strengths, costs, and maintenance are as follows:

 Elite strength & cost are the same as the normal servers. 
 
 - Money can now be invested on a daily basis in your land & buildings. Over time, these investments will increase the productivity of the buildings. Long-term constant investments are more effective than one-time large investments. The formulas for these may be adjusted as the round progresses, and we try to optimize this system.
