Прегледах всичко, свързано с Joachim Beuckelaer. Няма и намек да е бил по-далеч от родината си:
"Joachim Beuckelaer
Joachim Beuckelaer (1533–1574) was a Flemish painter. He studied under his uncle, Pieter Aertsen. Many of his paintings contain scenes of kitchen and markets, with religious allusions in the background. His Four Elements series (as of 2004, in the National Gallery, London) exemplifies this theme on a large scale. Water, for example, shows a fish market selling twelve kinds of fish, representing the twelve disciples of Jesus. Through an archway in the background we can see Jesus walking on the Sea of Galilee after his resurrection, making fish appear miraculously in empty nets. Beuckelaer's work was influential on painters in Northern Italy, particularly Annibale Carracci.

Как е рисувал тогава Пловдив? Може би по пощенска картичка?

"Joachim Bueckelaer (c. 1530-1573)
Joachim Bueckelaer was born in Antwerp and started by working for his uncle, Pieter Aertsen. In his uncle's work-place he learnt to paint market scenes and kitchen tableaux combined with biblical themes. In 1560 he established himself as an independent painter in his home town. Bueckelaer also painted the staffage in the work of other painters such as Anthonis Mor. Filling in the staffage entailed painting in the figures and other details. Bueckelaer was not paid very well during his lifetime. The biographer Karel van Mander reports that Bueckelaer's paintings did not fetch very much. After his death his works became worth at least twelve times as much."
