He told his Lady MacBeth-ish wife Sherry (Penny Johnson Jerald) she wasn't fit to be first lady, and he apparently acted on his feelings: They now are divorced. How Sherry fits into this year's story still is unclear, though she is one of the more determined women in television. She will find a way.
