This is not wishful thinking. We have everything it takes to make this
happen. The offer that TAE's Multimedia will be making to Roy Dupuis,
Peta Wilson and the remainder of the original cast will be significantly
different then what was on the table last year with Warner Brothers.
The difference is this:

We will be PAYING Warner Brothers for the copyrights for all
fives seasons of La Femme Nikita and for all the characters of the
show.

What this means is that Warner Brothers will be washing their hands
clean with regard to what happens with La Femme Nikita in future. AND
TAE's Multimedia, the new copyright owners of La Femme Nikita, will
be able to PRODUCE new episodes of the show.

Roy Dupuis will NOT be repeating his commuter status to and from
Montreal. The President of TAE's Multimedia (Dr. Jennifer W. Au)
- yours truly - resides in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and we will
be producing the show in Montreal. Period.

How much money would you like to bet that there will not be a series?
Betting starts at US$1000. I am serious.

Yes, we do have a *plan* to hire the entire original cast. We are in the
process of getting all parties to sign a contract with TAE's Multimedia.
I repeat: TAE's Multimedia will be producing future episodes of the show,
NOT Warner Brothers.

Do you think Roy Dupuis would sign a contract with TAE's Multimedia
for his exclusive rights if we offer him US$3 million per year for the next
three years, with the potential for this to double at the end of the three

We said, "LFN will return". We said, "contract for the NEW seasons for
La Femme Nikita will begin in 2003". Please read carefully. I do not wish
to sound rude, but I feel that you are jumping to conclusions on things
that you have not read carefully, and then posting very damaging responses
to what you do not understand fully.

The we meant in the paragraph you quoted is that production for new
episodes will begin in 2003. This do not necessarily mean that La Femme
Nikita will return to your televison screens in 2003. As we said, we are
going to offer significantly less hours to Roy Dupuis and other members
of the original cast, so the fans may not actually see the new season
until towards the end of 2004. In any case, LFN will return.

Our statement is NOT at all misleading, and it will be true. Give us
time to sign all members of the original cast. This does not happen
overnight. Perhaps in YOUR dreams, things such as this happens
overnight.

We are in the process of doing this. You must realise that we did NOT
say that we had already signed, sealed & delivered. We are not trying
to mislead in any way. When there is money, there is a way.

How much money did you say you would be willing to bet that we will
not succeed in bringing back the show? I do not have time to take
small bets. All bets start at US$1000, and goes up in increments of
US$1000. I am confident that we will succeed. How confident are in
the statesments that you made?

TAE's Multimedia & Photofinishing Inc. is a Canadian company.
We do business in BOTH Canadian and American currency. We
have a President who currently resides in Montreal. Our head office
is in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Our President hold a

scientific instruments in the Oil & Gas Industry and in the Biotechnology

producing excellent results and saving oil refinery money since

The money from our President's skills and training in other areas
of TAE's Multimedia business plan (namely computer, sciences
and engineering), as well as from her sound investments in the
past year (in the Bank of Montreal, for example), will be used to
pay Warner Brothers for the copyrights for the past 5 seasons of
La Femme Nikita. Dr. Au also intends to pay Warner Brothers
for the copyrights of the La Femme Nikita characters. This will
allow TAE's Multimedia to PRODUCE new seasons of La Femme
Nikita, and TAE's Multimedia can sign a contract with any television
network to broadcast these new seasons of La Femme Nikita at
any time. Period.
