Tsar – probably it comes from the Latin caesar – this is the statesman, a monarch in Bulgaria and Russia. Some experts believe that the origin of this title has something to do with the Cimmerian tsar, not only because of phonetic, but also semantic similarity of the terms: sovereign = basileus = emperor.
