What is the difference between aluminium free deodorant and antiperspirant?
It is important to highlight that deodorant and antiperspirant are not the same. While the two terms are often used interchangeably, they work in very different ways.

Deodorant typically works by combating the bacteria that break down sweat and causes odour on the skin’s surface; it doesn’t actually stop you from sweating. In contrast, antiperspirant contains aluminium which blocks sweat glands and plugs your pores, so the bacteria on the top of your skin does not react with the apocrine sweat and create an odour.
