Your role:
Measure our customers' traffic quality and identify recurring bad patterns to prevent bad behavior.
Identify problematic customers.
Identify risks based on user account information (prevent fraud, multiple accounts, recognize a bad account by only its characteristics before anything is actually sent out, etc.).
Define quality scores based on contact lists and globally known data about contacts (identify stolen/shared databases, identify patterns in bad lists content even for brand new contacts).
Define rules/algorithms based on these scores, trends, etc. in order to receive alerts as early as possible, in near real time.
The ultimate goal should be to provide algorithms that will take the right decision in 99.9% of the cases, with minimal human supervision/escalation.
Your Profile:
Very strong mathematical background.
Similar experience in researching & designing complex algorithms, preferably for anti-abuse and fraud prevention.
Good level in English.
