freelancer needed

Hi everybody.
I am looking for a freelancer to implement the following:
quickfixj initiator that connects to acceptor server and feads tick messages bid/ask for markets that are passed when the initor is started from the cmd. The initiator also must process the incoming messages in format market,bid,ask,timestamp. It must send the messages to udp server (that must be configurable too. Everything must be logged in log file. The initiator must be configured to reconect on failover and must use ssl.
