Стандартния DBGrid няма възможност да се печата на принтера.
Под "цял DBGrid" предполагам имаш предвид всички редове от dataset-а, а не само тези, които се побират в грида в даден момент, нали :) Ако те се виждат всички наведнъж би могъл да закърпиш нещата с метода Print на TForm, но не мисля, че ще стане добре.
А иначе повечето библиотеки с db aware компоненти предоставят възможността лесно да се отпечата съдържанието на някакъв data set. Например в ehlib има един компонент PrintDBGrid, който върши точно тази работа. Само дето не е с 5 реда, а с 1

Между другото като прочетох на ФантомАС предложението се сетих, че доста от репортите имат прост начин за отперчатване на дейтасет. В QuickReport например има QRDBGridReport - посочваш му грид, казваш header, footer, title, page setup и т.н. и той го генерира.
С FreeReport/FastReport може да стане много лесно с използването на CrossTabs. Слагаш си бандове Master Header, Master Data и Cross data и след това на OnGetValue си попълваш таблицата. Има примерче, дето идва с FreeReport-а - PrnTable. Точно на 7 реда е, ама ако напишеш if-вете на един ред става на 5 :)
Тъй че ако не ти пречи да ползваш някой репорт енджин - може и така.
