проблем след ъпгреъд на .NET

след като направих ъпгрейд на .NET до версия 1.1 един длл който бяхме писали за едно веб приложение изгърмя
компилира се нормално но при изпълнение ми дава следната грешка:

намира къстъм класовете -
Namespace="ApplicationServer" - тук ти е проблема. По-скоро VSCORE класа в този неймспейс.
Въпросче - защо не пишете код бехайнд ?
