студен двигателя трака
при тръгване след това спира. Това е само когато не е каран по дълго време.
Тркането е все едно е дизел но по слабо нещо като клапани. Четох нещо за нек'ви повдигачи ама моя старец май няма такива съвременни технологии или има де да знам.
Масло Castrol 15w40 на 2000 км.

Би трябвало да е с хидравлични повдигачи, ако двигателя е CVH. Нали говорим за ескорт 1.3С 87 година ? И тракането е наистина от тях. Не задържат масло и докато се подкачи от маслената помпа работят на "празно". Решението е смяна на повдигачите :(

Ами ... колко? Аз карам така поне от 10 000 км. Пред смяна съм на повдигачите, но и аз се услушвам :)). Парите, значи бях намерил комплект повдигачи за 88 лева, т.е. 11 лева за брой. Хубаво е да смениш гарнитурата на капака на главата 10-ина лева и така и така се отваря ако не си сменял скоро ремък и него. Грубо казано около 200 лева трябва да те оправят за смяната на всичко заедно с труда.

Колегата да ме прощава, но ако става дума за CVH двигател - с хидравлични повдигачи на клапаните - ето какво пише по книжките:
"On starting the engine from cold, there will
be a slight delay while full oil pressure builds
up in all parts of the engine, especially in the
tappets; the valve components, therefore,
may well “rattle” for about 10 seconds or so,
and then quieten. This is a normal state of
affairs, and is nothing to worry about,
provided that all tappets quieten quickly and
stay quiet.
After the vehicle has been standing for
several days, the valve components may
“rattle” for longer than usual, as nearly all the
oil will have drained away from the engine’s
top-end components and bearing surfaces.
While this is only to be expected, care must
be taken not to damage the engine under
these circumstances - avoid high-speed
running until all the tappets are refilled with oil
and operating normally. With the vehicle
stationary, hold the engine at no more than a
fast idle speed (maximum 2000 to 2500 rpm)
for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the noise ceases.
Do not run the engine at more than 3000 rpm
until the tappets are fully recharged with oil
and the noise has ceased.
If the valve components are thought to be
noisy, or if a light rattle persists from the top
end after the engine has warmed up to normal
operating temperature, take the vehicle to a
Ford dealer for expert advice. Depending on
the mileage covered and the usage to which
each vehicle has been put, some vehicles may
be noisier than others; only a good mechanic
experienced in these engines can tell if the
noise level is typical for the vehicle’s mileage,
or if a genuine fault exists. If any tappet’s
operation is faulty, it must be renewed"
Цитата е от Haynes Manual - 1737-02B "Escort, Orion 91-93", но със пълна сила важи и за старите двигатели с хидравлични повдигачи на клапаните! Ако при теб ситуацията е като описаната по-горе (дано знаеш английски) няма място за притеснение, а най-добре при следващата смяна на маслото да налееш Luqui Moly с молибденов бисулфид (виж темата "Масло за Ескорт"). За старичък двигател полусинтетичното масло е идеално, а това което аз цитирам мисля че е направо перфектно! Успех!
