imashe nekvo znachenie dali QoS ti e v qdroto ili e na moduli

1-во: пуснали си QoS в кърнъла?
2-ро: имаш го на сайта на htb прекомпилнато tc и можеш да го вземеш директно него без проблем да го ползваш.
Тръгни 1-во със свалянето на това tc и ако не стане виж си кърнъла.

по добре да мълча и да изглеждам глупав, отколкото да си отворя устата и да го докажа
