Apostilles are only for international verification of the signature on your document.
It is also important to understand that an Apostille certificate is issued by a state government,
not by the US Federal government, for documents which have signed by a government official
(or a Notary Public) of the same state. You cannot request a California Apostille of your documents
if your documents have been signed by a government official in Texas for example.
You would need to obtain an Texas Apostille from the government of Texas instead.

The information actually written as part of the Apostille certificate is minimal.
It basically states the name of the state official who had signed your document,
and also further describes the position that person holds in the government

2. Ако е САЩ и искаш да го напишеш на български, най-лесно става заверката на подписа в Българското посолство/консулство във Вашингтон или Ню Йорк. Те имат печат за заверка на подпис.
Ако решиш да го правиш на български език пред американски нотариус - ще ти трябва заклут преводач и вероятно ще се наложи това пълномогно да се завери с превода при нотариуса.
Печатът Апостил е задължителен. Ако нямаш такъв на документа - трябва да ти положат печат в посолството.
3. За България- заверка при български нотариус, след това Министерство на правосъдието и МВнР.
Провери в Американското посолство дали няма да искат да заверят превода. На превода, МВнР на България слага печат, които удостоверява истинността на подписа на преводача, но това на е Апостил. Обикновено преводите се легализират допълнително в Посолствата.
