Search+Replace is a power Grep utility for Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000, designed for programmers working on large projects or webmasters maintaining large website.

With Search+Replace, you can locate all occurrences of a specific string in text files and replace it automatically, include the files in sub-folders. It provides you a multitude of options such as case sensitive or insensitive matching, whole word only matching or not. You can use regular expression to perform a wildcards search, backup files before replace, exclude the folders or files with special attributes from search operation, and search files in compressed archives (WinZip, WinRAR, WinAce) without extracting them manually.

Search+Replace is designed for searching in plain-ASCII text files, such as program source, TXT, HTML and batch files.
