...можеш да ставняваш ClientHeight с Height ;) и когато тази разлика е по- голяма от Border + Bevel + <незнам си к'во> -> ти се е появил HScroll...

...другия начин е да дебнеш "зрително" когаto се е появи скрола и да реагираш мигновенно ;))) /...за треноровки Doom3.../
