Awe, hora, ia daite niakoia ideia kak da oprawq prokletia outlook bez da preinstaliram winbowz-a, che umiram veche treti den bez mail !
Sas windows XP sum, niamam idea kakwo i kak mu stana ... ne sum update-wal, ne sum restartiral ... Prosto reshi che polovin chas sled kato e trugnal za posleden put veche niama da iska da trugwa ... Citiram mu problema:
outlook express could not be started. the application was unable to open outlook message store. your computer may be out of memmory or your disk is full.

(wsichko towa sa luji - file-owete sa tam kadeto vinagi sa si bili - application data, ne sa read only, misto na hdd-to ima 700MB...)
sled kato mu se kaje ok grumva za oshte edna greshka:
out look express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized. Outlook express may not be installed correctly.

DLL-a si mu e w direktoriata na outlook-a ... probvah da mu go kopiram ot drugo XP ... nikakwa promqna w polojenieto ... to ne che ochakwah da stane neshto - ednakwi do byte i sas edna i sashta data biaha dwata files ... ama nali nadejdata umira posledna ...
Niakoi da moje da dade ideia kak da preinstaliram outlooka, zashtoto na mene ne mi idwa nishto na um ... kato se opitam da swalq ot site na MS outllok i da go install-na mi kazwa, che ima newer version instaliran ... a go nqma waw add/remove ...

Reinstalling Outlook Express 6 on Windows XP
For reasons beyond my comprehension Microsoft decided not to allow you to reinstall OE6 in windows XP. After a day of searching the web and talking to some people on various message boards, I was left believing this was impossible to do. But after running across some info while searching for ASPI info in windows XP of all things, I was struck from above with an idea. So without further ado, here is the method that I used and it works!!!
Step 1) Follow the directions at [линк] to download a full version of IE6 from Microsoft. I didn’t try downloading just the install for Win 2000 and XP so I recommend downloading all 4 of the listed checked versions of windows. The download for me was about 50 Meg and didn’t take that long over cable.
Step 2) After downloading has finished create a folder “c:\oe6”.
Step 3) Open the “c:\ie6 full” folder. You should have a bunch of .cab files in there along with a few other files.
Step 4) Open the MAILNEWS.CAB file and extract the contents of it to the “c:\oe6” folder that we created earlier. You should be able to double click the cab file because XP has the ability to read .cab files using its explorer. Just select all the files and right click on one of them. Choose the Extract option and point it to the “c:\oe6”.
Step 5) Repeat step 4 for files OEEXCEP.CAB and WAB.CAB.
Step 6) Open up the “c:\oe6” folder.
Step 7) Right click on the “oeexcep.inf” file and choose the install option. Windows will now copy a bunch of new files into the correct locations.
Step 8) Reboot. Just to be sure.
Step 9) Enjoy your reinstalled Outlook Express 6. (You may have to resetup your accounts.)

това беше описание как да инсталираш ОЕ върху ОЕ и нищо чудно да не проработи... Пробвай да потърсиш съобщението "MSOE.DLL could not be initialized" в сайта на микромеките. Имаше нещо по въпроса (и описание как да разкараш ОЕ ръчно), но май се отнасяше за 98se / ME.
А защо не си сложиш в краен случай Mozilla например? Mail клиентът си работи съвсем читаво.

2. A probwali s install na now OE ot Office XP primerno (ili malko po-starichyk) direktno w/u sega-neraboteshtiqt?
3. ami ako probwash System Restore na XP-to ??? kolkoto da widim neshto s *.dlls nema li da se sluchi
