Cut to the grounds of the estate. Michael and Nikita are walking a few feet behind Adam. He is kicking a soccer ball in front of him, happily chasing after it.


Michael takes Nikita's hand in his, bringing it to his lips.

Michael
"You know the risks."

She nods. He watches Adam play in front of them, a slight smile on his face.

Michael
"I'll take them if that's what you want."

Nikita draws him closer to her, their shoulders touching as they walk.

Nikita
"What do you want?"

He looks into her eyes, back at Adam, then back to her, studying her face.

Michael
"A child with you."

She leans over, kissing him gently.

Nikita
"I love you."

His face softens and he rubs her eyebrow with his free hand.

Michael
"I know."

He smiles, his eyes sparkling mischievously.

Nikita
"You know?"

She playfully shoves him away. He dodges her grip as she reaches for him twice.

Nikita
"Get over here."

Michael moves closer, checking Adam's progress from the corner of his eye. Nikita frowns, putting one hand to her stomach. With the other, she takes Michael's arm.

Nikita
"Michael?"
