BITEX has NOT bought Prolink and has NO interest to buy ProLink or ANY other company anymore.

because without it, BITEX will never be able to become a good ISP. Equipment is not what you need. Everyone can buy equipment. People is the value!

I agree. You are absolutely right. Though it is much better to attract such good people with good packages of salaries and other benefits (BITEX is willing and is having the possibility to pay such costs). I do not think though that makes sence to pay a serious amount for ProLink; a company that needs additional investments for technology upgrade. We preferred to "vote" for 100% new equipment and in case that we buy a company like ProLink, we have to upgrade 100% of their equipment as well - something that will double for us the acquisition value.

I agree with your comment - that if we do not become a good Bulgarian firm we will not have the first position. Let me inform you that we have made serious investment so far to the best available equipment (technika) from Lucent and Cisco that have been bought, so far, from any Bulgarian firm. We have spent (in six month) 3 million leva ONLY for equipment.

We do not work only with Greek firms in Bulgaria - we have more than 40 firms as firms (leased lines) that are half / half Bulgarian and Greek. We have not invested our money in order to get the Greek firms but to be a good, qualified and proper Bulgarian ISP.

We have enough money to buy (we do not want to buy) 2 or 3 big companies in Bulgaria but we do not want to use this money for this purpose. How is possible, a company owned by big Greek firms with size over 2 billion Euros collectively, not to have money??

EuroproNET, the Austrian company that acquired SpectrumNet, announced that they will buy another company in Bulgaria for $1 million. Maybe this is ProLink. The sure fact is that our company, BITEX.COM does not intend to buy neither ProLink, nor any other company, due to our strategic plans.
