I am a senior high school volleyball coach. Although I am not necessarily Facebook friends with just about any of my athletes, it was recently delivered to my attention that several of my star athletes (those who I thought were team leaders) happen to be trash talking the guiding staff on their pages. Other than keeping a printed record these posts, how should I address this problem? My initial thought has been, "Make them work difficult and tire them released at practice!!! " More drills, longer practice, more times a week, etc. But that will obviously produce more criticism and trash talk, correct? That's where I see the matter; you can't really resolve that overnight. I'm just a 17 year old kid, so hell if I know haha But I'd definitely confront the players concerning this, maybe not in entry of everyone, but at least soon after practice or before process. It's just rude and disrespectful ones, especially if you truly are doing your occupation correctly and efficiently. So all in most, I'd talk to these, being pretty stern regarding it, and punish them having more drills or exercise, whichever you prefer. They need to understand that they have a consequence for his or her actions. I think you should talk about the matter with the school administration! There may be a plan about Facebook et ing., or one about out-of-school decisions of students. It depends on how you feel they can help a person, and what they are usually saying they can do to help you. I am a Living & Business Coach and do use a degree, however it is nothing when compared with my experience of traveling the world and learning/interacting with by myself two hands. I successfully own & operate my own ring company, but again, I am able to help my clients in lots of ways... That is what keeps me going strong.
