Main responsibilities:
- Provide customer technical and non-technical support in regards to the products of the company
- Analysing customers issues and finding the best solutions
- Supervise a limited number of small client accounts
- Provide and manage the resolution of all incoming incidents allocated to you
- Establish a long-term customer relation and business continuity.
Main requirements:
- Fluency in German language is a must
- Very good command in English language
- Technical / IT background or any degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Informatics, Telecommunication or other related
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office
- Fast-learning person with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Eager to gain hands-on experience with leading edge technologies.
