Example :

PC1 :
1-st NIC - ip address 192.168.1.2 255.255.255.0(or dinamic)(with ipconfig/all you'll see you ip address,if are through pppoe,you need to set "add route 10.1.1.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.0)
default gate is 192.168.1.1


2-nd NIC - ip address 10.1.1.1 255.255.255.0
default gate is 192.168.1.2

PC2 :
1-st NIC - ip address 212.50.30.2 255.255.255.0
Default gate is 212.50.30.1

2-nd NIC - ip address will be obtained trough PC's 1 ethernet address(10.1.1.2)

Another way is NAT.
