I'm the co-founder of New Earth Records, and I take care of our highly talented artists and make sure they're happy. I'm also New Earth Record's art director and make sure our album covers look pretty.
I studied Psychology at the University of Rome, where I became a regular contributor to the hugely popular Radio Donna, Italy's first and only feminist radio station.
I'm voting for Lao Tzu for president.
At an early age, I began her quest for the "truth." When I met Osho in the mid-70s, I found what I'd been looking for all along. I was spontaneously initiated into the inner revolution and began the never-ending journey from knowledge to knowing.
I give regular seminars and lectures on the subject of hypnosis and meditation for trasformazione, and contribute regularly to various Italian magazines on the subject of wellness, music and Eastern philosophy.
I live in the wilderness of Northern New Mexico with my beloved Bhikkhu, and travel regularly to India, around the earth and beyond the "bleep that we know", always together with "mio grande amore".

Remember, only that which you can take with you when you leave the body is important. That means, except meditation, nothing is important. Except awareness, nothing is important, because only awareness cannot be taken away by death. Everything else will be snatched away, because everything else comes from without.
Only awareness wells up within. That cannot be taken away. And the shadows of awareness - compassion, love - they cannot be taken away. They are intrinsic parts of awareness. You will be taking with you only whatsoever awareness you have attained. That is your only real wealth.

Meditation is a kind of medicine. Its use is only for the time being. Once you have learned the quality, then you need not do any particular meditation. Then meditation has to spread all over your life.
Talking or silent, moving, unmoving, the essence is at ease. The essence is at ease, that is the key word. The essence is at ease, that is the key statement. Do whatsoever you are doing, but at the deepest core remain at ease, cool, calm, centered.

It is not a question of making efforts to be aware. If you make efforts to be aware, you will create tensions inside yourself - all efforts bring tensions. If you TRY to be aware, you are fighting with yourself; there is no need to fight. Awareness is not a by-product of effort: awareness is a fragrance of let-go: awareness is a flowering of surrender, of relaxation.
Just sit silently in a relaxed state, doing nothing... and awareness will start happening. Not that you have to pull it up from somewhere, not that you have to bring it from somewhere. It will shower on you from nowhere. It will well up from within your own sources. You just be silent, sitting.
