The Italian daily stated that all other armed forces belonging to KFOR always pay land and building rental fees on time, except for the Americans, who have, until now, spent 3 million dollars only for the building material expenses in Kosovo. If the owner of the crashed or pushed-aside vehicle complains, he is usually beaten up or arrested, stated the "Manifesto". All this indicates that the Americans do consider themselves the occupying power, and are treating Kosovo as their colony, and this is why the discontent of the local population is constantly growing, concluded the "Manifesto" Italian daily.
