With reference to the setting up of BPCC (Bulgarian Phonecard Collectors Club) and the 20th anniversary of the first phonecard issued in Bulgaria, we have the pleasure to invite you to the first Bulgarian phonecard exhibition “CARD EXPO 2002”, which will take place on December 13th, 14th and 15th, from 9 till 19 o’clock, in the Students House, with address Sofia, 10 Narodno Sabranie Sq.
