Dear Sirs in the Bulgarian Parliament:

I would like to kindly ask you to read my message, which I consider
very
important for Bulgaria.
My name is Christos Mouroutis. I am citizen of Greece, from Athens,
address Alex. Soutsou 5, Kolonaki 10671. I am a Board Member and
Deputy
Chairman of the company Bulgarian Information Technologies A.D. a
company related to IT business - short name www.bitex.com which is a
serious foreign investor in Bulgaria with investments that exceed $2
million in years 2000 and 2001.
As of the end of November 2001, I have started a campaign against the
CRIME AGAINST THE CHILDREN in Bulgaria and against all its
supporters. I
had noticed that the company BOL.BG Limited which is also a provider
hosts and operates the site <http://pedofilia.bol.bg.> This is a site
that
assists the pedophiles in Bulgaria to promote their "trade" and has
been
seriously critisised. I have asked the manager and responsible
according
to the Law Dr. Veni Markovski to withdraw this site and stop the
promotion of the pedophiles as of November 2001. Also this action was
published in the press and on the internet (see <http://www.e->
balkani.com
electronic newspaper) but the result was to have this person (Dr. Veni
Markovski) not only to continue his promotion but to even open one
more
site as <http://mouroutis.bol.bg> and also <http://bitex.bol.bg> in order
to
"punish" my actions of promoting the discontinuation of the dirt that
is
active and without any punishment in Bulgaria. Nobody stopped him. No
law punished him. Nobody enforced the morality.
The fact that Dr. Markovski uses my name or the name of the company
BITEX.COM, as a link to Pedophilia site, does not effect me and I do
not
feel insulted. As a European citizen I feel sorry for this situation
where a legitimate country like Bulgaria has been into.
This person called Dr. Veni Markovski, he is known to the public while
he is also:
- The Chairman of the Internet Society (www.isoc.bg).
- The Bulgarian President Steering Committee Member

- The person who participates to the Parliament consultation for the
law
against Crime on the Internet.
- An ICANN Member Implementation Task Force (MITF) and the Chairman
for

- A known and respectable lawyer with PhD (www.veni.com).
- A person presented in many TV talk shows and interviews.
- His company BOL.BG Ltd (www.bol.bg) is also the company that created
and hosts the site of the Bulgarian President www.president.bg (as
well)
- His company BOL.BG Ltd is also the company that created the site of
the Bulgarian Socialist Party (www.bsp.bg) where the new president
comes
from.
- His company is a member of BAIT (www.bait.bg) and also member of the
Bulgarian Internet Association.
He is also father of two children as per his personal site.
Regarding to my claims, these been published to the Press and to
www.e-balkani.com, but neither the Government or the Company BOL.BG
Ltd
has taken yet any action towards the direction of closing down the
support of the on-line crime.
The continuous circulation of the pictures in this site and the fact
that the site was not closed down after the publicity in many Sofia
newspapers and in www.e-balkani.com magazine, together with the fact
that the company published two more sites for pedophiles by using my
family name (Mouroutis) and my company's name (bitex), shows clearly
that these pictures most possibly are a product of chidren trade that
happens in Bulgaria or with the use of internet via Bulgaria. In
addition I have received plenty of threats which can not stop me
acting
against the crime.
In any country where the law would have been stronger, these actions
could have resumed to the arrest of these people who intensively
promote
this deep dirt and the crime against innocent children and the claim
of
serious charges. As you can see by visiting the site www.interpol.int,
the CRIME AGAINST CHILDREN is a top priority. Also the same happens
for
the EU, the UN, and the EUROPOL.
Dear Sirs in Bulgarian Government:
This issue must be stopped. There will be nobody who will not agree on
this subject. Myself I will continue this campaign by writing to every
person who may feel abused and responsible to the termination of this
crime publicity.
