Geri's having a Baby Spice!

GERI Halliwell is pregnant, the News of the World can reveal.
The former Spice Girl has told friends she is expecting the baby she yearns for next spring.
But Geri, 33, is keeping everyone guessing over the dad's identity. She has been secretly dating a British scriptwriter — Sacha Gervasi — but the couple had a heated row at a cafe only last week.
Yet Geri was all smiles as she broke her news to chums over lunch at a trendy Los Angeles restaurant. As they said their goodbyes later, one pal put her hand on Geri's small baby bump—and the pair joked about how pregnancy had boosted her boobs.
A friend told us later: "Geri is thrilled to be pregnant. Although this is totally unexpected she can't wait to be a mum. It's the best thing that could happen to her. She has had her problems in the past, battling bulimia, but now she is grown up and ready to be a mother.
"Not surprisingly, she's very upset her relationship with Sacha hasn't exactly gone to plan. But if she is alone when the baby arrives, then so be it. She's a strong woman and will cope just fine."
Geri began dating Gervasi in the summer. The London-born ex-journalist has made an impact as a rising Hollywood scriptwriter after penning the screenplay for The Terminal, starring his pal Tom Hanks and Catherine Zeta Jones.
Last week the couple met at a café down the road from his home. Geri was waiting for him with her pet dog. Onlookers saw Gervasi repeatedly jabbing his finger at Geri during their brief meeting. He gave her a cool hug as he left without finishing his coffee.
Moments later Geri left in a black Cadillac and could be seen screaming down her mobile. But she is said to be over the moon with her pregnancy after speaking openly about her desire to have children.
In Five documentary There's Something About Geri she said: "If you asked me three years ago if I wanted a baby or a No 1, I'd have said the single. That's not true now."
