Eurocon 2010 - Nominations and Agenda

The 2010 Eurocon, Tricon is in Poland/Czech Republic, 26-28 August 2010.

1. Award Nominations:
It was agreed last meeting that nominations are to be in at least one
month before the convention, so as to allow delegates to review them.
Please send nominations by 26 July 2010 to bjw@cix.co.uk, or post them on
the ESFS group (see below). Please give backing information (web sites,
etc.) so that the voters can make an informed decision.
Note: previous winners may not win again in that category. Please check
at http://www.esfs.info/esfs-awards-2000.html before nominating.

This is the list of awards that you can nominate for:
Hall of Fame:
1.Best Author
2.Best Publisher
3.Best Artist
4.Best Promoter of Science Fiction
5.Best Magazine
6.Best Translator
Spirit of Dedication:
1.An artist, author of one of more works
2.An author of a performance (film, play, ballet, etc.)
3.A fanzine.
2. ESFS Elections:
The posts of Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer are to be
re-elected at the ESFS meeting. Nominations can be sent to the Secretary
(bjw@cix.co.uk), or made at the meeting.
