provide the next of kin or have the account confiscated
within the the next 21 official working days. since i have
been unsuccesfull in locating the relatives for over 2
years now, pls I seek your consent to present you as the
next of kin of the deceased since you have the same
surname, so that the proceeds of this account valued at
(USD$6.5 million dollars) can be paid to you and then you
and I can share the money.60% to me and 40% to you
I know that you may not relate to my late client but i
contact you on this transaction based on the fact that you
share the same surname with my late client, it will be
very to convince the Bank
I have all necessary legal documents that can be used
to back up any claim we may make. All I require is
your honest cooperation to enable us see this deal
through. I guarantee that this will be executed under
a legitimate arrangement that will protect you from
any breach of the law.
As soon as you agree to co-operate with me, i will meet
with the officials of the Security Bank and present your
information as the next of kin to my late client together
with some relevent documents , they will just go ahead and

I hereby confirm receipt of your mail in response to

proposal. Thanks for your mail,you may or not relate
to the family of my late client but i contact you on
this transaction based on the fact that you shared the
same surname with my late client,all i need is your
honest cooperation,understanding and confidentiality
in acheiving this our great goal, as far as you agree
to work with me and can uphold the confidentiality of
this deal which is very important, i can assure you
100% risk free because i have all legal documents to
backup the claim, i am assuring you that this deal
will be perfected under legitimate atmostphere that
will protect you from any trouble. you dont have to
come here to sign any documents inother to execute
this deal,i will handle those things on my own as your
lawyer, what i need is only to present your name and
information to the bank as the next of kin to my late
client and the bank will just go ahead and pay the
fund into your account and i will come over to your

late client
after obtaining the relevents documents from high
court of justice i will forward them to the Bank which
includes:-
A-) Statement of claim.
B-) Medical Certificate of Death of the deceased.
C-) Power of Attorney given to me by the deceased to
represent and acts as His Attorney/ Legal Adviser.
Copies of these vital documents shall also be sent to
you after Submission to the Bank and not after, for
your record purposes.

transaction as soon as possible
