PERENDEV’S MANAGEMENT (MAINLY MIKE BRADY) HAVE NEVER ACHIEVED ANY DEADLINES THEY HAVE SET IN THE PAST AS FAR AS WE KNOW, BUT ARE CONTINUALLY TALKING AHEAD OF THEMSELVES.
We think they, especially Mike Brady, genuinely believe they will have product ready by July/Aug. 2006, but for the four years that we have known them, we have seen this pattern repeated. Such and such is going to happen by such and such a date. It never has.
IT IS NOT JUST A MATTER OF NOT MEETING DEADLINES, IT IS A MATTER OF NOT HAVING A RECORD OF ACHIEVING THE OBJECTIVE AT ALL -- NOT YET.
We're not just talking about being late for deadlines. The pattern we've observed is that things just never materialize at all. Metamorphosis, yes. One thing, leads to another, then another object and another deadline; but never completion of the underlying objective -- a magnet motor available for consumer purchase. It is ever a matter of working out bugs, improving the design, but never delivery of product.

The probability of your being disappointed, based on past performance of the company, is very high.
