Мисля, че идеята на Хот Айс да предостави информация за диетата на Аткинс има похвални намерения. Никога не съм налагала схващанията си по въпросите на храненето на другите, но винаги съм вярвала, че най-важно е човек да бъде информиран. Така че пускам малко материал за low carb diet като забележете, че за всеки един от тях е посочен източника на информация. Постингът ми няма за цел да пропагандира НВД и е предназначен само за тези, които се интересуват от този начин на хранене.
