e ti nishto ne kaza za vlianieto na glucose i fructose vyrhu transfatty acids? Az za tova osnovno ti dadoh linkovete...ne znam dali si chela, no biah pisala (anatema!) che i glikemichnia index niama NADA znachenie (A Atkins kazva che ima), taka che ne priemam vsichko na viara, pisha si domashnite i se symniavam vyv vsichko. Corn syrup e daden kato primer(ima mnogo malko ot nego v harnite dobaven), pokaji mi edin chovek na plodova dieta, koito iade samo 1 kg dinia ili praskovi na den primerno, tam se hapvat kolichestva, zashtoto e vkusno i "e plod"...
btw kakvo e tvoeto obiasnenie che moite 100 gr maznini na den ne sa mi na korema ili po bedrata. Bila sym na dietata,koiato predlagash, niskovyglehidratni (98% sheikove), beltyci i meso bez maznini....mnogo slab pareformance po otnoshenie na trenirovkite, nikakyv tonus.
