There are a number of external factors that can affect the operation of the
hard disk. Please check that the hard disk data cable is plugged in
properly and in good working condition. If it is good, you may use the
attached utility software to confirm that the hard disk is indeed
defective. Note that the software should be unzipped (decompressed) and run
in DOS mode.
If the hard disk is confirmed to be defective, you can return it to the
retailer where you bought the hard disk or you can directly contact our
distributor .Normally, the distributorcan only service those resellers that
has an account with them.The best way for end-users to get a replacement
drive is to get in touch with your product'splace-of-purchase.
