RIZN Communication Design is looking for an efficient, intelligent junior graphic/web designer with strong knowledge of graphic design and typography who is able to translate client business requirements, user needs, and technical capabilities into designs that are visually exciting, easy to use, and emotionally engaging. Our designers define and design all visual aspects for their respective projects. They must be fluent in a variety of styles and mediums, with an emphasis on design for the Web.
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong sense of design and exceptional conceptual thinking abilities
• The passion to stand up for and defend your designs to peers and clients
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, professional, dependable, friendly, a good communicator, comfortable following direction, and able to balance great design with meeting short deadlines
• Must have excellent skills in raster and vector graphics software
• Knowledge of the capabilities of HTML and CSS is a must
• Ability to communicate your ideas verbally
NICE-TO-HAVES
• Illustration Skills are a big plus
• Skills with video and 3D software or animation packages are plus
• Design degree is a plus
• Online portfolio is a plus
• Agency experience is a plus
• Print experience is a plus
