Малко късно ,но дано да помогна--Do you have other PDF Printers like Adobe Acrobat installed? I know
of one case where Acrobat (full) was installed prior to SP2. This
prevented the SE printer to be created. After uninstalling SE and Acrobat
and then installing SE it did work. Reinstall Acrobat has no negative
side effect -- both printers where fully functional afterwards
