Hello ,My name is Joe 37 w/m .I have a nice room for rent 4 blocks from Queens College.The room has furniture ,tv,dvd,cable,internet,and you can use the phone.If you have your own furniture thats fine too.bathroom is right next to your room.Share kicthen all things can be used.The apt is in a gated complex with cameras and 24 hr sercurity.Laundry room is downstairs in basement of building.Parks ,stores ,buses everything is around here.If you smoke thats ok ,just please do it by the window in your room. Sorry ,but I am really looking to rent to a female of any age .The reason ,is every other weekend my 2 kids stay over with me ,1 is 11 and 1 is 5. With no interference to roommate.Just wont feel right if I have a male in the house with my kids.... Of course you can come over to see the room and location and also to meet me so you know IM not some frankenstien lol Im going to show the room starting thursday the 18th .So please give me a call anytime before then to let me know.Sorry for such a long add ,just wanted to be descriptive.
