That I am ready and willing to deposit a bond,
if necessary, to garantee that such person will not become a public charge during his stay in the USA, or to garantee that the above named will maintain his nonemmigrant status if admitted temporarily and will depart prior to the expiration of this authorized stay in the USA.

Това е формата, която ние попълнихме и заверихме при публичен нотариус( в една банка). Мисля, че заверката не е задължителна.
Другите документи бяха копия на SSN , green cards. Statements за доходите не сме им пращали.
