1. Two nigthdress (front-opening for easy breastfeeding)
2. Easy-to-wear dayclothes (like a joging suit)
3. Underwear, including large, close fitting pants(to hold maternity pads), and nursing bras.

5. Maternity pads or night-time sanitary pads.(Large disposable nappies may be better for 24 hours after the birth)
6. Breast pads ( to absorb leaks of colostrum and milk)

8. Phone card/coins
9. Toiletries and cosmetics

12.Notepaper. pens, stamps and envelopes
13.Pack of biscuits or other snacks
