Sananda Maitreya is an artist
who knows who he is and is
committed to being that.
He was born on a Thursday,
the 15th of March in the year
of our Lord 1962, at 3.25 am
in New York City, NY.
He stands proud at 6'1
and stabilizes at around 144 lbs.
His eyes are hazel green
and his hair is brown.
Now that he has Sananda Records
he is as excited as he has ever
been to be bringing his
uncompromising inspiration
to the public.
He has lived all over the world
and loves the world, yet feels
that he is quintessentially an
American artist;
of free independent spirit,
of mixed blood (Native American,
Portuguese, Spanish, Irish,
African) mixed temperament
and mixed cultural interests,
like America herself.
He plays drums, percussion,
bass, guitar and keyboards;
writes, produces, arranges,
dances and sings all from his
heart and like a child is very
curious and very easily amused.
'WILD CARD' is his fifth
collection of songs following

He lives in Milano, Italy
and truly loves music,
