You have not been authorized to access the data contained on this website. If you believe you require access to this information you must submit a Computer User Registration Form (CURF) request.

Follow the instructions below. If at anytime you need assistance completing the CURF contact the USA Help Desks (TX) 281-282-4100, (FL) 321-867-4367, (Others) 1-888-423-8960.

Note: You will be asked general and specific information questions. You will also be required to provide proof of Information Technology Security Awareness Training. Training is provided online by United Space Alliance (USA) through a link on the CURF web page.


Instructions

When you are prompted by the CURF for an application name select SSPWEB (or the specific application if you know its name), when prompted for "What type of access do you need?" select "user", you must also provide your network address information (IP address). State in the justification field the name or a description of your requirement, i.e. All SSPWEB, PDC, PILS, structures etc.

Option 1 (USA Subcontractors)

Submit a CURF from the following link: https://www.usa-extra.com/anon/curf/
Note: Be sure you know the name of the USA manager you support or your request will be rejected and/or disapproved.



Option 2 (NASA, NASA Subcontractors (except USA), Universities, International Partners and others)

Submit a CURF from the following link: https://www.usa-extra.com/anon/curf/
Note: Be sure to select "no" when asked if you are a USA employee or USA subcontractor. When prompted to select a USA manager, be sure to select a manager who is cognizant of your access requirement.If you are not known to any USA Manager select Shawn R. Pifer. Selecting Mr. Pifer may create delays due to additional verifications that are needed.
