Fixes
* Fixed the calibration from waypoint list.
* Fixed the "Projected Track" line in moving map.
* Printing of ozfx3 images should now work.
* Lambert Conformal Conic dialog now allows entry of latitude
origin, calculations no longer assume latitude origin equals
zero (not tested yet), this applies to map calibration and
map import.

Notes
* To process SID images a new version of the OziMrSID dll must
be downloaded from the Optional_extras web page.
* For Destination Maps using the Latitude/Longitude map projection
the map scale (meters/pixel) is only approximate as the map scale
varies depending on the latitude.
* If the png dll is found then the image thumbnails will be created
in the png format instead of the bmp format and will therefore be
smaller.
Fixes
* Fixed map calibration issues for destination maps created using grids
* For the Latitude/Longitude projection the map scale (meters/pixel)
is now calculated using the center of the Destination Map.
* Map Zooming should now work better.

Changes
* The datum of the Destination Map can now be specified.
* The mouse pointer now changes depending on which toolbar button
is selected.
